L&M Fleet Supply is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor in Minnesota. You will join the store management team and assist the Store Manager with staff supervision and daily operations while keeping customer service a priority.

The role requires prior supervisory experience or two years of experience with L&M Supply in a higher-responsibility position. The schedule is full-time with flexible shifts and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of L&M Supply experience in positions with more responsibility OR 2 years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role guiding staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and daily operations as part of the Store Management Team.
• Help guide staff and customers with professionalism and proper conduct.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $21-25 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

Our Sales Floor Supervisor is a member of our Store Management Team and will be supporting the Store Manager in the management of the store staff and daily operations. You must have previous experience in a supervisory role as you will be helping guide staff & customers and will need a higher level of professionalism. Additional role responsibilities include ensuring customer servic e is a priority, overseeing employee tasks & work assignments, resolving customer issues/concerns, ensuring policies & procedures, addressing employee issues, coaching, performance reviews, and other day to day tasks.
