Job summary

Castle Megastore Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Phoenix to lead a fast-paced retail team. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales results.

This role combines coaching with hands-on leadership on the sales floor and collaboration with management to maintain store excellence. The position offers full-time opportunities with a dynamic, energetic culture and ongoing leadership development through Castle University.

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service daily.
• Coach and motivate team to achieve sales goals through product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Create an engaging shopping experience that drives repeat visits and satisfaction.
• Train, develop, and support new and existing team members.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify coaching opportunities.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, store presentation, and daily operations to keep the store in top shape.
• Support store management in driving results, morale, and a positive team culture.
