Job summary

Castle Megastore Group, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and coach a frontline team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results. This role involves training, daily operations, and a focus on creating a positive shopping environment. Up to 29 hours per week, with growth opportunities through Castle University.

You will energize a fast-paced store, mentor staff, and help drive performance while maintaining an energetic team culture.

• Help train, develop, and support new and existing team members.
• Monitor daily sales performance and celebrate wins while identifying coaching opportunities.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, store presentation, and daily operations to keep the store looking its best.
• Support the Store Management in driving results, building morale, and maintaining a positive team culture.
