Job summary

Castle Megastore is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor at our flagship Phoenix store. You will coach Supervisors and Associates, drive store performance, and collaborate with leadership to achieve sales goals and company initiatives.

You will mentor staff, champion merchandising excellence, manage openings/closings, and uphold service standards. This role emphasizes accountability, learning, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams with a coaching mindset.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer experience.
• Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing and training.
• Knowledge of merchandising and inventory processes.
• Ability to balance operations, service and results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales-Floor-Leader responsibilities including opening, closing, shift leadership, and daily operations.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and operational standards are executed with excellence.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training to build a strong, engaged team.
• Review business results, identify opportunities, and help create action plans that drive store success.
