Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a positive customer experience in-store. You will greet customers, keep shelves stocked, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor daily.

The role includes assisting with price changes, fronting products, and occasional cash register duties while promoting Fleet Rewards and loyalty programs to customers. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items stocked.
• Maintain selling floor cleanliness and readiness standards.
• Assist with in-store price changes and promotions.
• Front shelves, face products, and perform nightly recovery.
• Assist at the cash register when needed and train others.
• Support merchandise resets and visual displays; coordinate freight flow.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and loyalty program.
