Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member in Wisconsin to deliver friendly, efficient customer service. You will greet customers, maintain shelves, and support price changes and promotions.

Responsibilities include stocking endcaps, keeping displays tidy, assisting at the register when needed, and promoting the Fleet Rewards program. Prior retail experience is a plus; a HS diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with best in class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items stocked.
• Maintain clean sales floor and displays.
• Assist with price changes and promotions.
• Execute nightly recovery of departments including stocking, fronting, and cleaning.
• Train on cash register functionality and assist running a register when needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets and freight flow coordination to reflect merchandise.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program to customers.
