Rebag is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in Arcadia to welcome clients, guide them through Rebag’s value, and showcase luxury pieces using our Clair tech. You will gather client information, educate guests, and build lasting relationships on the sales floor while delivering top-tier service.

Ideal candidates are Mandarin-fluent, fashion-minded, tech-savvy, and motivated to meet monthly sales goals. Weekend/evening availability is required for this on-site role at Rebag stores.

• Follow-up with customers through Rebag's CRM platform to build rapport
• Consult on the current market value of their items by utilizing Rebag's Clair Technology Suite
• Consistently aim for achieving sales target monthly

As a Cutomer Experience Specialist, you will support customers from the moment they walk into our boutiques to learn about Rebag and the value of their one-loved items. Rebag is a leading force that powers the resale industry with the most innovative technology ever created, and you will help deliver an equally innovative store experience.
