Belk is seeking a Selling Flex Associate in Roanoke, VA to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and process transactions. This hourly role drives sales, maintains presentations, and supports store operations with a positive team attitude.

You will engage customers, build lasting relationships, stay informed on current promotions, and contribute to a friendly store environment that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology and devices (smartphones, tablets, Windows-based systems).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, move around the store, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with merchandise selection and recommendations.
• Greet and engage customers to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain attractive merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
