Job summary

Belk in Simpsonville, KY is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions.

You will drive sales, maintain merchandise presentations, and collaborate with store teams to meet objectives while supporting a friendly, inclusive store environment and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
