Job summary

MobilityWorks in Nashville is seeking a Sales Administrator to support Sales and Accounting at the store location. You will greet clients, answer calls, assist with documentation, and manage titles, warranties, and financing paperwork.

Key duties include deposits and reconciliations for AR, AP processes, mail distribution, and coordinating vehicle rentals and fleet maintenance. Excellent communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and experience required.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients entering the building.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate party.
• Assist the sales and service teams with required documentation.
• Prepare vehicle delivery paperwork including DMV documentation for titling and registration.
• Manage the title process and report title status in the system.
• Submit warranties as necessary.
• Obtain finance paperwork and complete RSA and ESC contracts as appropriate.
• Manage accounts receivable responsibilities including daily deposits and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable responsibilities including petty cash reconciliation and statements.
• Process and distribute all incoming mail to correct departments.
• Order general office supplies.
• Manage vehicle rental process, schedule rentals, train rental clients, and prepare contracts.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs for Rental Fleet.
• Create deal jackets for inventory and track vehicle movement.
• Collect client payments when service work is performed.
• Other duties as assigned.
