Skyline Ford in Keizer, Oregon is seeking a Sales/Finance Manager with desking and financing background for a hybrid role. You will lead the sales team, build lasting relationships, and help customers secure loans and finance options.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous desking or finance experience preferred or a combination of both.
• CRM experience required.
• CUDL/Routeone/Dealertrack experience required.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

• Consultative Selling: Assist customers in securing loans and selecting financial products.
• Product Expertise: Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Professional Team Development: Develop an effective team that meets sales objectives monthly.
• Report: Report directly to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

• Paid Time Off: 40 hours front-loaded Paid Time Off (after 90 days employment).

Compensation

This position has a monthly guarantee and is paid on commission.

Typical range is $86,000-$200,000 depending on performance.
