Job summary

RV COUNTRY WASHINGTON LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to drive the financing process for vehicle purchases and to partner with the sales team in closing deals. You will assess customer options, prepare paperwork, and ensure accurate funding while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings finance or sales experience, familiarity with RV/auto markets, and comfort with IDS Software. You will lead by example, contribute to a positive showroom culture, and help meet department

Qualifications

• Previous Finance or Sales experience required.
• RV, Marine or Auto experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in IDS Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing and present insurance options for customers, presenting terms and payment structures in a clear and professional manner.
• Prepare and review all sales and finance paperwork to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely funding.
• Assist the sales team by explaining financing options and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to contract signing.
• Cultivate a positive and customer-centric atmosphere that ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Protect dealership assets by following all state and federal regulations, including privacy and lending compliance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure a well-presented showroom at all times.
• Monitor and achieve finance department goals, including product sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets.
