Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. A General Sales / GTM Evaluator is sought for a remote, contract role in the United States.

You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts, ensure accuracy using domain rubrics, and provide structured feedback to improve model outputs. Required are 5+ years in General Sales / GTM, native or professional English, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in General Sales / GTM.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics to ensure accuracy and rigor.
• Identify and correct factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and domain relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

General Sales / GTM Evaluator

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80–$120/hour

Location: Remote

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics to ensure accuracy and rigor.
• Identify and correct factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Must-Have

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in General Sales / GTM .
• Native or professional fluency in English .

• Advanced degree ( Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.
