Role Summary:
We're looking for a results-oriented Sales Expert with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets, building long-term client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic selling and solution-oriented approaches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Ownership: Drive end-to-end sales cycles to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close new B2B opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Account Growth: Manage and grow strategic accounts through consultative selling and cross-selling of services
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs, and stakeholders
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Multimedia services, including Digital Learning, AR/VR, GenAI solutions
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to build tailored proposals and winning sales pitches
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts using CRM tools; provide regular updates to leadership
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine offerings and strategies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Digital Learning
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network of MNC clients and industry contacts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business and financial acumen with a results-driven mindset
- Needs to travel as required for client meetings, events, and conferences
Good to have skills:
- Experience selling to clients in varied industry sectors
- Strong understanding of multimedia solutions such as Digital Learning, AR/VR, AI/ML
- Knowledge of AI will be an advantage
