Sales Executive, Respiratory Care Solutions - Draeger, Inc.

Location: Detroit (Remote position covering Michigan’s lower peninsula, Indiana & Western Ohio. Candidate must reside in the territory.)

The Job Responsibilities

We’re hiring! Join Draeger and contribute to our mission of "Technology for Life". The Sales Executive will be responsible for all sales activities and quota achievement for Respiratory Care Solutions within the assigned territory. This role involves managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies.

  • Develop in-depth understanding of product functions, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Engage in sales activities including qualification, demonstrations, quoting, and closing deals.
  • Manage the sales cycle and ensure quota attainment.
  • Support and follow up with accounts in line with strategic plans.
  • Implement sales programs with oversight from the Area Sales Director.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and share market and customer information.
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications

Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Education: BS/BA in business or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: At least three years in sales, preferably in clinical or complex sales environments.

Competencies: Strong problem-solving, consultative selling, computer skills, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a matrix organization.
