About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated candidates to grow our reach and develop new client relationships. Initially, candidates are likely to partner with more senior producers to develop and close opportunities. Over time, producers exercise lead responsibility for their book of business and become trusted advisors to their clients.

Producers are supported by an outstanding client service team, dedicated marketing & communications support, a strong culture of collaboration, and close partnership with agency leadership. We work with each producer on an individual training & professional development plan to support their growth.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of success selling sophisticated products or services to C-suite buyers. Alternatively, candidates may be interested in shifting into a sales role after previously working in an insurance / risk management / HR capacity. Knowledge of at least one of RBN’s target industries is preferred – these include Private Equity, Waste & Environmental Management, Construction, Chemicals, Manufacturing & Distribution, Technology, and Professional Services.
Initial compensation structure is salary plus commission, shifting to primarily commission-based over time. Highly attractive commission splits for successful candidates with no cap on compensation. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match after one year, FSA, and disability insurance. Producers will be required to secure an Insurance Producer License (at RBN's expense).
