Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee in Hawaii. The role involves assisting Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories while following company standards.

The position offers uncapped earning potential through wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, and contests, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. A Real Estate license and flexible schedule including weekends are required.

• Active Real Estate License required where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote upcoming promotions to develop opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.
• Welcome and greet guests, address needs, and interact professionally with colleagues and guests.
• Contribute to team goals and always follow company policies and safety procedures.

As a Sales Executive Trainee, a typical day will include:

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Sales Executive Trainee:

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One-year related experience is preferred.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
