Title: Sales Executive, InsurTech
Requirements/Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in insurance technology sales, preferably in agency management software, insurance revenue optimization, or related solutions.
- Proven track record of selling to brokers, carriers, or commercial insurance firms, with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including broker operations, insurer partnerships, and market dynamics.
- Experience driving sales growth in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment, with a focus on consultative selling and long sales cycles.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales strategies and align solutions with customer needs.
Employment Type – Full Time, EST Hours (Northeast Candidates Preferred)

Salary – $100,000 – $120,000 annual base salary + Annual Bonus and/or Commission Based Incentives
