Job summary

The successful candidate will self-generate leads, prepare for and conduct meetings, create solutions proposals, and negotiate agreements. A background in business-to-business sales, along with strong negotiation and client management skills, is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in related industries such as Health Insurance, Digital Media, and Financial Services.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule meetings with clients.
• Prepare for discovery meetings using sales tools.
• Create proposals based on client meetings.
• Close sales through client negotiations.
• Meet with manager weekly for performance reviews.
• Participate in team meetings to strategize.
• Coordinate with HR for account reviews.
• Educate partners on services and solutions.
• Submit sales paperwork and reports timely.
• Continually improve sales skills and knowledge.
