NXTPoint seeks a high-performing Sales Executive for the Final Mile/Home Delivery division. You will support the strategy and vision related to new business opportunities and customer diversification, establish and nurture new customer relationships, and support the development of sales strategies for future growth.

* Must have sales experience with white glove/final mile/home delivery logistics services for large and bulky home goods *

This role involves marketing the company's products and services to prospects within a designated territory, managing prospects/clients, and achieving sales goals within set timeframes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies and sales objectives for marketing services to corporate prospects.
  • Market and manage an assigned territory for new business development, focusing on key cities/states for maximum sales.
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Develop corporate leads and sales activities.
  • Complete reports accurately, maintain data in CRM (Hubspot), and provide information as requested.
  • Use sales tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate prospects.
  • Participate in industry conferences at various levels.
  • Work with Marketing on proposals, presentations, RFPs, and collateral.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Contracts teams on pricing and contracts.
  • Maintain professional relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to perform all duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

Education & Experience: College degree or equivalent work experience; minimum seven (7) years in business development within relevant sales roles; proven success in prospecting and securing new clients; familiarity with the territory. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently, possibly overnight, to support marketplace activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong sales and leadership skills; ability to interpret client policies and contracts; excellent communication skills; customer service orientation; organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office; cross-cultural work ability; ability to interpret technical documents; report writing; presentation skills; numerical calculation skills; problem-solving ability.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

The work environment is typical of an office setting, with moderate noise levels and climate control. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Physical Activity: Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, see clearly, and communicate. Occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds.
