What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Lead and mentor Client Service Representatives and Sales Coordinators in managing accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of health insurance background
- At least two years of sales and/or account management experience
- Department of Insurance Life and Health License
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong understanding of underwriting and risk factors within the insurance industry

- Well-developed relationships within the insurance community
- Experience with office management and employee relations
- Proficiency in communication and strategic thinking skills
