What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent Medicare Advantage sales solutions through broker distribution systems and marketing efforts

- Coordinate with the Regional Manager to determine broker needs and process improvements
- Monitor sales results and activities, reporting to sales leadership regularly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of healthcare industry experience
- Current Department of Insurance Health and Life Licenses, or eligibility to obtain
- Licensed driver with a BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of healthcare products and competitive environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of insurance experience preferred
- Established relationships within the insurance community
- Experience with office management and employee relations
