As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with memorable vacation experiences and events, fostering meaningful moments together. ($2K Sign on Bonus *Potential)

Typical duties:
  • Answer Owner questions about properties and amenities; make recommendations based on owner information.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
  • Provide pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information to Owners or prospects.
  • Monitor Owner satisfaction, inform them of promotions, and develop business opportunities.
  • Maintain records of customer contacts for effective follow-up.
Customer service and standards:
  • Greet guests and address their needs proactively.
  • Interact professionally with colleagues and guests.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements to become a Sales Executive Trainee:
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Background and drug screening as per regulations.
  • Active and compliant Real Estate License if mandated.
  • Preferred one-year related experience.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
