As a Sales Executive Trainee, a typical day will include:

  • Answering Owner questions regarding property use and amenities; making recommendations based on owner background information obtained through discovery.
  • Following up on referrals/leads from Owners.
  • Fulfilling requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
  • Contacting Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
  • Developing and maintaining records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

  • Welcoming and greeting all guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
  • Contributing to team goals.
  • Following company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Sales Executive Trainee:

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
  • Maintaining an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
  • One-year related experience preferred.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
