Job summary

FleetCore Logistics is seeking ambitious Sales Executives to join their remote team. This role entails generating leads, building client relationships, and securing freight opportunities while enjoying a commission-based income and flexible work environment. Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, cold call, and generate new leads in freight-heavy industries (we’ll help guide your targets).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with shippers and manufacturers.
  • Secure Full Truckload (FTL) freight opportunities and connect clients with the right carrier solutions.
  • Own your success: track, manage, and grow your pipeline from lead to long-term client.
  • Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Represent theFleetCorebrand with professionalism, integrity, and hustle.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years ofsales experience(logistics/freight brokerage preferred, but not required).
  • Hunter mindset — you’re driven, coachable, and don’t take "no" personally.
  • Comfortable making cold calls, sending follow-ups, and closing new business.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and accountable — you thrive with autonomy.
  • Must be U.S.-based and legally authorized to work.
  • Recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply!
