At InnoviHealth, we’re transforming healthcare with AI-powered solutions. Our mission is to simplify complex clinical data and help providers work more efficiently—delivering better care, faster. We’re seeking a driven, resourceful Sales Executive to help introduce our groundbreaking AI product to healthcare providers across the U.S.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at InnoviHealth, you will:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and maintaining, ensuring a seamless, professional experience for each client.
  • Identify and engage new prospects using a mix of inside and outside sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline, tracking opportunities and leads at every stage of the sales process.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple channels (email, phone, video, CRM) with both clients and internal teams.
  • Learn and adapt constantly, collecting feedback to improve both our product and the sales approach.
  • Required Travel for client meetings and industry events (reasonable proximity to a major airport required).
Qualifications

Required:

  • Located in UT, ID, TX, or WA (Phoenix and Las Vegas will be considered).
  • Available during standard Mountain Time business hours (7am–5pm MT).
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection for video conferencing and remote collaboration.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain AI-powered healthcare technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a track record of managing pipelines and sales cycles efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience selling in the healthcare or health tech industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare provider workflows and pain points.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
