What You Will Do
  1. Conduct outreach to new clients to identify and address their needs with tailored product solutions.
  2. Utilize consultative selling and negotiation techniques to drive sales growth.
  3. Lead product demonstrations that clearly convey the benefits and functionality of the company’s offerings.
  4. Achieve or exceed activity and sales targets, with accurate tracking in CRM tools.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and client services, to align strategies and enhance client experiences.
  6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
What You Will Need
  1. Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record from lead generation to deal closure.
  2. Sales Skills: Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders; expertise in solution-based selling and negotiation.
  3. Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high personal initiative and goal orientation.
  4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, for tracking activities and forecasting.
  6. Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field.
  7. Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
