Account Executive, SMB Sales

Location: Georgetown and Mt Pleasant SC

Employment Type: Full Time

This role is for bold, results-driven sales professionals passionate about building customer relationships and bringing innovative products and services to underserved markets. It involves exceeding sales quotas, acquiring new accounts, and transforming the wireless industry within small and medium-sized businesses (1-299 employees). Responsibilities include prospecting, cold-calling, networking, lead generation, analyzing customer needs, solution-based selling, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Prospecting, cold calling, networking under sales manager supervision.
  • Customer Needs: Identify needs, demonstrate value, recommend wireless solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Skill Development: Prospecting, call execution, relationship management, product training, and sales meetings.
  • Sales Approaches: Develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
  • Sales Automation: Use CRM tools like Salesforce to manage sales activities and forecasts.
  • Customer Base: Maintain and grow within a geographic territory.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
  • Outside B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Skills in task management, customer service, communication, negotiation, cold calling, prospect management, CRM usage, and proposal writing are preferred.
