What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Sales Executive to grow our short term rental inventory, selling Vacasa’s property management solution to homeowners in an assigned territory. Vacasa Sales Executives work in a high velocity sales environment and are expected to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives. The role requires skills such as researching competitors, developing referral networks, drafting customized letters, cold calling, managing leads, setting appointments, meeting clients, closing sales, and representing our company professionally in the community. You will work closely with your manager to develop your career goals, requiring knowledge of the vacation rental industry, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Successful candidates will be strong communicators comfortable with contacting leads via phone, video, or in person, quick learners, ethical, and motivated to build a strong organization. Meeting departmental goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction is essential. Candidates should be reliable, self-motivated, coachable, and have a proven track record of excellence as team players.

This position is 100% remote: The sales executive must have an active South Carolina Real Estate license, reside in the market area, and be able to meet with owners in their homes.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound/outbound sales via telesales, video conferencing, and in-person meetings
  • Identify opportunities and plan for portfolio growth
  • Coordinate with local Operations and support staff to ensure owner satisfaction
  • Stay current with company services and policies
  • Log and update sales activities in CRM
  • Manage a high volume of networking and leads through the sales pipeline
  • Attend weekly department meetings

  • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required

Working Conditions

Home office or Vacasa office, with occasional virtual training and regional meetings. Requires frequent use of computer, phone, and office equipment. Must communicate professionally and build confidence with prospects.

Compensation

  • $60,000/year, varies based on experience and location
