Job summary

AMJ is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Miami. You will build relationships, develop new business, and drive revenue with an uncapped 7% commission structure.

This onsite role reports to the SVP of Business Development and follows standard hours, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates bring telesales experience and a proven ability to close deals while collaborating with Marketing, Editorial, and Operations.

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, primarily Marketing professionals.

• Work closely with internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Design, Editorial & Operations) to ensure flawless execution for clients.
• Take full ownership of your sales pipeline and closing deals within your assigned therapy area.
• Proactively contribute to the wider team and help elevate AMJ as a whole to meet our ambitious targets, suggesting process improvements and opportunities to grow.

• Telesales/Phone-Based Sales Experience: You bring proven experience in telesales or phone-based sales.
• Relationship-Focused Sales Professional: You excel at developing strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Target-Driven & Confident Communicator: You are target-driven, confident in making calls to Director-level clients, and possess quick-thinking, positive, and persuasive communication skills.

Key Details

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
• Commission: Uncapped 7% on all revenue generated
• Reports to: SVP of Business Development
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• Location: This role is based onsite, 5 days a week, in our Miami office
