ValorHospitality is seeking a Sales & Event Coordinator for The Harpeth in Franklin, TN. This role provides essential administrative and sales support to the hotel's sales and events team, handling leads, proposals, contracts, and reporting while ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of college-level education or equivalent experience, with sales/events experience and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Sales/Events experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and organize complex projects and establish priorities consistent with department objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the execution of the administrative process and communication of group/event needs to hotel operations.
• Process incoming leads and generate sales reports.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, resumes, and maintain data integrity in the sales system.
• Coordinate deadlines, follow up with clients, and serve as liaison between hotel, clients and vendors.
• Attend internal meetings and utilize CRM and MS Office to manage accounts.
