Based in Pompano Beach, FL, you will liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of bookings and events while contributing to the company’s goal of delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and related documents.
• Assist with sales materials and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer database with current information.
• Generate sales reports and track activities.
• Coordinate appointments, site visits, and client meetings.
• Assist with group blocks and reservations.
• Assist with pre/post event needs and plan execution.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless events.
• Prepare event orders and communicate details across teams.
• Provide on-site event support and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain records of sales activities and communications.
