This role focuses on analyzing engineers’ and architects’ drawings to prepare complete cost estimates for Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Blinds) projects, aligning with pricing strategies and profitability goals.

The estimator will collaborate with sales, project managers, and vendors to deliver accurate bids, manage timelines, and communicate pricing clearly to win new business.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in the trade.
• Accounting mindset—know your costs.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and estimating tools.

Aufgaben

• Estimate project costs from drawings to prepare detailed bids.
• Collaborate with sales, PMs, and stakeholders for customized solutions.
• Ensure proposals are submitted on time and per client specs.
• Articulate scope, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals.
• Communicate with vendors for product information and lead times.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities and follow-ups.
