Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in the trades, strong cost awareness, excellent organization, and proficiency with estimating processes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the trade.

• Accurately estimating project costs and materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with sales, PMs, and stakeholders to create client solutions.
• Ensure timely proposals aligned with client specs and deadlines.
• Communicate pricing breakdowns and value propositions to win bids.
• Follow up with clients after submissions to refine estimates.
