Carrier is seeking a Sales Estimator in Georgia to translate complex building challenges into competitive, high‑performance solutions. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to craft accurate proposals and robust estimates that drive winning bids.

You will leverage control schematics, bid documents, and vendor input to define scope, manage risk, and deliver best‑in‑class value to customers. Strong analytical skills and collaboration are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Building Automation (BAS), HVAC, or Controls.
• 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction specifications.
• 3+ years of industry experience with value engineering and alternative control solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect Detailed Estimates: Develop comprehensive cost estimates for owner-direct and construction-based projects.
• Translate Specifications: Analyze control schematics and bid documents to define project scope and reduce risk.
• Build the Solution: Create scope letters and proposals with value-engineered options.
• Cultivate Vendor Partnerships: Obtain pricing from subcontractors and suppliers for best market support.
• Drive Strategic Alignment: Align pricing strategies with Sales leadership and Operations.
• Ensure Seamless Handoffs: Provide accurate documentation for execution teams.
