Role Description

The Sales Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Springfield-Branson, Missouri Area. This position is responsible for evaluating customer needs, conducting in-home or on-site assessments, and preparing accurate service estimates for residential cleaning projects. The Sales Estimator communicates with prospective and existing customers, explains service options and pricing, and follows up on leads to secure new business. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, documenting project details, collaborating with operations teams to ensure service capacity, and maintaining organized records of estimates and customer interactions. The role also involves contributing to local business development initiatives and helping promote Molly Maid's services in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with homeowners, answer questions, and build trust.
• Demonstrated Sales and Business Development abilities to convert leads, close opportunities, and support revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Project Estimation, including assessing scope of work, determining required resources, and preparing clear, accurate quotes.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems to track leads, estimates, and customer information.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple estimates and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site customer visits in the Springfield-Branson, Missouri Area.
• Prior experience in residential services, home improvement, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently, uphold professional standards, and represent Molly Maid's brand and values in all customer interactions.
