Job summary

Molly Maid in Massachusetts is seeking an Estimator to quote cleaning services, meet with warm leads in home or over the phone, and drive sales using our proven process.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, sales or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – meet with warm leads in their home or over the phone.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales and convert leads to sales.
• Support operations by sharing in-depth knowledge of customers to maintain satisfaction.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience, with the ability to make an additional up to $10,000 per year in bonuses. Use our proven sales process to reach weekly, monthly and yearly targets, EARN EVEN MORE with our attractive incentives!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00, based on experience, plus bonuses dependent on your ability to WOW delight customers with your professionalism, ability to connect, mastery of our sales process and ability to convert warm leads to sales.

• Weekly, quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities

As an estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you’ll win.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales – We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator.
• Support operations – Your in depth knowledge of customers is valuable to maintaining customer satisfaction.
