Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers through cold calls, emails, and texts.
• Build and update marketing materials and mailing lists.
• Perform job site take-offs (measurements, access planning, surface prep evaluation).
• Gather pricing and product information from vendors.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals.
• Create job instructions for field crews.
• Order materials, coatings, and equipment (lifts, scaffolding, etc.).
• Follow up with customers after project completion.
• Occasionally assist with phone inquiries.
• Work closely with field crews each morning.
