A.C. Moate Industries, Inc. is expanding in the Reno, Nevada market and is seeking an experienced Asphalt Estimator / Sales Professional to drive growth. The role focuses on developing relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing the full estimating and sales process.

Ideal candidates have industry experience and a proven track record of converting opportunities into revenue. This is not an entry-level position and requires field work with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of pavement systems and maintenance solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site meetings with clients to assess project needs.
• Evaluate pavement conditions, including asphalt, sealcoat, striping, and repair scopes.
• Develop and present accurate, professional estimates and proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Perform consistent follow-up to secure new and repeat business.
• Contribute to market expansion efforts within the Reno commercial sector.

The ideal candidate brings industry experience, operates independently, and has a strong track record of converting opportunities into revenue.
