United Flow Technologies (UFT) is a growing platform focused on water and wastewater solutions. The Sales Engineer Development Program accelerates engineers into profitable sales roles, combining technical cross-training with field exposure and structured sales performance training.

Recent engineering graduates will rotate through Phase 1 and Phase 2, learning sales processes, KPI tracking, and how solutions are specified and delivered in municipal markets. Travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; internship or project experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; CRM exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support outside and inside sales teams with technical sales engineering.
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and proposal development.
• Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations and solution recommendations.
• Engage with engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal decision-makers.
