We deliver implementation, integration, training, and managed services across Sales Engagement, Automation, and CRM platforms to a wide range of companies, from scaling startups to mature revenue teams.

Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to support pre-sales conversations and help customers envision what’s possible with Gong and integrated RevTech systems. This role is ideal for someone who has experience implementing RevOps tools (CRMs, Gong, Outreach, Saleloft) and can confidently represent the technical capabilities and impact of those tools during the sales cycle.

You’ll work closely with the sales and solutions team to map business needs to platform functionality, navigate complex buyer requirements, and support technical alignment in the sales process. You’ll be the trusted advisor in the room, shaping confidence during evaluation and building the foundation for post-sale success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales and solutions team during active sales cycles to support technical discovery, demos, and scoping
  • Lead technical portions of calls with prospects to clarify capabilities, integrations, and implementation needs
  • Translate customer goals into high-level system designs and recommended platform setups
  • Prepare documentation, demo environments, and presentation materials to support the sales process
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Gong, Salesloft, Outreach and related CRM tools, routing, or engagement tool integrations
  • Align proposed solutions with customer processes and RevOps strategy
  • Coordinate with internal consultants to ensure a smooth handoff to post-sale delivery
  • Identify risks or requirements that may impact implementation during pre-sale motion
  • Help shape sales strategy based on market trends, product limitations, and prospect feedback

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in RevOps, sales engineering, or client-facing systems consulting
  • Hands-on experience with Gong or similar RevTech platforms, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), and sales engagement tools
  • Strong communicator, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable presenting in live environments and responding to product-specific or integration-related questions
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving agency environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation, collaboration, and follow-through
  • Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise clients preferred
  • Remote-ready with fast internet, private workspace, and consistent camera-on presence

Compensation and Benefits:
Full Time (Contract 1099 and move into W2 as we continue)Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 USDA candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions
