Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Sales Engineer Project Manager to oversee full life-cycle project activities, from award to completion, including field service operations, warranty support, and startup coordination. Hybrid work is possible after initial training in Suwanee, GA.

The role emphasizes coordinating multiple projects, maintaining schedules, and proactive customer communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across a range of plumbing and building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in project engineering and/or project management preferred.
• Experience with pumps, pumping systems, and water system hydraulic analysis preferred.
• Experience with EPC documentation and project execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through completion, including documentation, scheduling, procurement, submittals, startup, warranty, and closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned projects, service requests, warranty claims, and inquiries.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, deliverables, and documentation to keep projects on track.
• Monitor PM reports, software, and databases for accurate information and records.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for field service activities and warranties.
• Coordinate field service activities with technicians, manufacturers, contractors, and customers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Communicate status, approvals, denials, corrective actions, and resolutions with stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the state of Georgia.
