ATESTEO GmbH & Co. KG, a leader in drivetrain testing, seeks a skilled sales professional to grow our North American business from our East Lansing center.

You will develop sales strategies, visit customers, present technical solutions, and collaborate with global sales teams to expand market share. You bring strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the willingness to travel across North America to win profitable contracts.

• Comfortable explaining mechanical and electrical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy utilizing industry knowledge with management and sales team.
• Represent the company when visiting customers at every level of the hierarchy.
• Focus on market awareness and adaptation to meet sales targets.
• Present technical information to aid in sales of products and services.
• Submit customer requirements to engineering and manage follow-up discussions.
• Utilize sales tools including CRM, LinkedIn, and Apollo.
• Maintain detailed technical customer meeting reports and pipeline.
• Actively support introduction of new products and services.
• Plan and conduct customer seminars and participate in trade fairs with Marketing.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Teams and report on NA market developments.
