Job summary

ATESTEO is expanding its North American sales efforts from our East Lansing center. We are seeking a results-driven salesperson to drive revenue, build relationships with automakers and suppliers, and represent our drivetrain testing solutions across the region.

You will develop strategic plans, present technical information, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with global teams to capture market opportunities in North America.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of North American testing services and markets.
• Ability to present technical information to customers and close deals.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers on-site or at events.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy utilizing industry knowledge with management and sales team.
• Represent our company when visiting customers at every level of the hierarchy.
• Focus on market awareness and adaption to meet sales targets.
• Present technical information to aid in sales of products and services.
• Submit customer requirements to engineering teams and manage follow-up discussions.
• Utilize sales tools including CRM, LinkedIn, and Apollo.
• Maintain detailed technical customer meeting reports.
• Manage and maintain pipeline and weekly reporting.
• Support introduction of new products and services.
• Plan and conduct customer seminars and participate in trade fairs with Marketing.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy utilizing industry knowledge with management and sales team
• Represent our company when visiting customers at every level of the hierarchy
• Focus on market awareness and adaption to meet sales targets
• Present technical information to aid in sales of products and services
• Submit customer requirements to engineering teams and manage follow-up discussions
• Utilize sales tools including but not limited to CRM, LinkedIn, and Apollo
• Maintaining detailed technical customer meeting reports
• Manage and maintain pipeline and weekly reporting
• Actively support the introduction of new products and services
• Plan and conduct customer seminars and participate in trade fairs and symposiums in conjunction with Marketing
• Collaborate with our Global Sales Teams
• Analyze and report on sales and market developments in North America

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Strong understanding of North American testing, products, and services
• Understanding of contract testing services
• You are confident and comfortable explaining mechanical and electrical solutions
• You are customer focused and can demonstrate sales growth in previous roles
• You are a realist who manages tough situations
• You have a strong inner drive and are reliable
• You have a strong will to succeed with customers
• Strong negotiating skills, fiscally aware, and desire to drive profits
• You have a willingness to travel
