What You'll Own

Technical Sales Leadership (70%)

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase PMS solutions across diverse hospitality buying journeys
  • Partner directly with sales teams to scope and assess proper solutions for customer requirements
  • Lead pre-sales support including requirements gathering, solution definition, and RFP responses
  • Maintain and optimize sales demo environments for maximum impact

Strategic Product Advocacy (30%)

  • Represent Agilysys at trade shows and conferences to promote company solutions
  • Support R&D teams with product requirements and opportunity reviews based on market feedback
  • Collaborate with internal sales and service resources to align solution design with customer business requirements
  • Opportunistically pursue and advance sales opportunities through technical expertise

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of Sales Engineer experience or related customer-facing technical experience
  • Expert knowledge of PMS (Property Management) systems - this is non-negotiable
  • Deep industry knowledge in Hotel, Resort, Casino, and/or Cruise, Food Service industries
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - You can present complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Enthusiastic personality and passion for sales - You bring energy to every customer interaction
  • Travel flexibility - Up to 50% travel required to meet with customers and attend industry events
