What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team for customers with 101-1000 users
- Build relationships with key customer technical decision-makers to understand their requirements and recommend solutions
- Conduct technical meetings, product demos, and proof of concepts with customers
- Support customer success initiatives to promote cross-selling and portfolio expansion
- Collaborate with the Channel Sales team to create a pipeline through indirect engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role with large organizations and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Foundational knowledge of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services and Incident Response offerings
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity protection methods for various platforms including Networks, Cloud Workloads, Windows, Linux, and Mac OS devices
- Strong verbal communication skills for delivering engaging product demos
- Experience in selling through and with channel partners in a team environment
