Acutronic USA Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on creating and managing complex equipment proposals for defense, aerospace, automotive, and consumer product lab applications.

You will travel up to 25% of the time, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with engineering and operations to develop robust technical specifications and pricing. We offer comprehensive benefits and uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Three years of capital equipment sales experience.
• Associate’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in rotating equipment, servo systems or motion control is a plus.
• Expected travel: 25%.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual bookings targets.
• Interact with new and existing customers to increase services and sales.
• Review customer requirements and develop technical proposals and specifications.
• Attend tradeshows, networking events, and conferences to promote Acutronic’s products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Develop pricing recommendations for systems.
• Execute territory growth strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to support customer success.
• Maintain accurate records.
