Acutronic Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will create and manage complex proposals for defense, aerospace, automotive, and lab applications, with a focus on turning opportunities into bookings.

The role requires collaboration with operations, engineering, and leadership to deliver tailored solutions. The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped bonus potential, full medical/dental/vision coverage, a generous 401(k) plan, and flexible

Formación

• 3+ years of capital equipment sales experience.
• Experience in rotating equipment, servo systems or motion control a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed annual bookings targets.
• Interact with customers to increase services and turnkey solutions.
• Review requirements and develop technical proposals with Operations to build your pipeline.
• Attend tradeshows, networking events, and conferences to promote Acutronic’s products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Develop pricing recommendations for systems.
• Execute territory growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to support customer success.
• Maintain accurate records.
