Job summary

Acutronic Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will create and manage complex proposals for defense, aerospace, automotive, and lab applications, with a focus on turning opportunities into bookings.

The role requires collaboration with operations, engineering, and leadership to deliver tailored solutions. The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped bonus potential, full medical/dental/vision coverage, a generous 401(k) plan, and flexible

Qualifications

3+ years of capital equipment sales experience.
Experience in rotating equipment, servo systems or motion control a plus.
Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed annual bookings targets.
Interact with customers to increase services and turnkey solutions.
Review requirements and develop technical proposals with Operations to build your pipeline.
Attend tradeshows, networking events, and conferences to promote Acutronic’s products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Develop pricing recommendations for systems.
Execute territory growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with engineering and leadership to support customer success.
Maintain accurate records.
