BizFlow Corporation is seeking an exceptional Sales Engineer to join our team as a trusted advisor to customers. You will work with stakeholders to capture business requirements and drive development of innovative solutions on the BizFlow M platform.

The role requires a strong desire to learn, solid IT knowledge, and the ability to consult senior leadership. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• 3+ years of BA experience or equivalent in a related role.
• Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage customers and teammates.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand BizFlow M platform and apply it to customer challenges.
• Gather, document and model business requirements and translate to POCs, user stories and specs.
• Present documentation, demos and POCs to customers and executives.
• Develop and deliver training content for BizFlow M.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and delivery teams on designs and feedback.
• Explain technical decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in test plans to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers clearly.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
