Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 2+ years in customer or technical support for enterprise software.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and structured support processes.
• Experience supporting on-premise applications and server troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communications for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Working knowledge of web tech (HTML/CSS/JS) and SQL for basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full ticket lifecycle (intake → triage → resolution → closure) per ITIL processes.
• Troubleshoot issues across on-premise platform apps, servers, integrations, and legacy systems.
• Work with Windows and Linux servers: review services, configurations, logs, performance metrics.
• Support REST APIs, SQL queries, and system configurations for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with R&D/Product/Professional Services to reproduce defects and support deployments.
• Prepare clear customer-facing communications and incident summaries.
